Cloud Infrastructure Management: The Foundation Your Operation Runs On
Your operation depends on things nobody notices while they work: servers that respond, email that arrives, calls that connect. Cloud infrastructure management is not a technical luxury; it is the foundation everything else stands on. Grupo EasyPro designs, deploys, and manages infrastructure on Linux — on dedicated servers and on clouds such as Azure and AWS — with nginx, Docker, and PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis databases under continuous administration.
We also cover the services that often have no clear owner inside a company: IP telephony on FreeSWITCH, corporate email on your own domain, and the security layers that protect all of it. We do not resell someone else's bundles. We operate our own infrastructure every day, and EasyTalk — our cloud business phone platform, built in-house — runs on the same class of architecture we offer our clients.
Our team brings deep experience from the banking sector, where a downed server or a lost email has real consequences. That discipline shapes how we manage every machine: documented changes, verified backups, controlled rollouts. Technology born in banking, making the difficult easy.
What it includes
- Linux server administration: installation, system hardening, security updates, and continuous monitoring.
- Cloud architecture and management on Azure, AWS, and Cloudflare, sized to your actual workload rather than the provider's catalog.
- Business IP telephony on FreeSWITCH: extensions, SIP trunks, auto-attendant menus (IVR), and call queues.
- Corporate email on your domain: server configuration, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, and historical message archiving.
- Containerized services with Docker and nginx, plus managed and backed-up PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis databases.
- Platform security: TLS certificates, firewalls, access control, and scheduled backups with verified restores.
- Migrations away from your current provider, planned in stages to keep interruptions to a minimum.
How we work
We start by learning what you already have. We audit your servers, domains, email, and telephony; build an inventory of services, credentials, and risks; and deliver it to you in writing. From that diagnosis we agree on a staged plan, tackling first whatever exposes your operation: security, backups, and single points of failure.
Then we execute each stage through controlled changes: every modification is documented, tested, and has a rollback path. At the end, you receive complete documentation of your infrastructure with credentials under your control — the infrastructure is yours, not ours — and we take charge of day-to-day operation and monitoring.
Who it is for
This service is for companies whose systems are already critical but do not justify a full IT department; for organizations that grew across scattered providers and want order, documentation, and a single point of accountability; and for institutions that require traceability and security in every change. We serve clients in Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, and the United States, with corporate headquarters in New York.
Technologies we use
Built in-house, proven in-house
The best proof of our capability is that we live on it. We operate nine platforms of our own — including EasyCore (multi-country CRM and operations), EasyTalk (cloud business telephony on FreeSWITCH), EasyAudit, EVA, and Radio EasyPro — on Linux infrastructure we administer ourselves. More than 130 users work on the group's core platform every day, and dozens of financial institutions in three countries trust our platforms to run their operations. That same engineering goes into every client's infrastructure.
Frequently asked questions
Can you take over servers that are already in production?
Yes — that is the most common scenario. We begin with an audit of the current state, document services and credentials, and assume administration in stages, without shutting anything down before we understand what depends on it. If a migration is needed, we plan it around maintenance windows agreed with you.
Can IP telephony replace my traditional phone system?
Yes. We build phone systems on FreeSWITCH with extensions, auto-attendant menus, and call queues, reachable from the office or from your team's mobile phones. We built EasyTalk, our own cloud business phone platform, so we operate this technology every day.
What does corporate email include?
Email on your company's domain, properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so your messages do not land in spam, with historical archiving and access controls. We can host it on infrastructure we manage or integrate it with the provider your company already uses.
How do you handle security and backups?
With the discipline we learned in banking: hardened and patched systems, TLS encryption on every connection, firewalls, named user access, and scheduled backups. A backup only counts if it can be restored, so restores are tested, never assumed.
