Costa Rica: Grupo EasyPro's Operations and Development Hub

Costa Rica is the operational heart of Grupo EasyPro. From here we run the software development, commercial management, and customer service that support the group's work across Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, and the United States, with corporate headquarters in New York. Our motto describes how these teams operate every day: making the difficult easy.

We are technology born in banking. Our team brings deep, hands-on experience from the banking sector and turns it into working products: dozens of financial institutions across three countries trust our platforms to run their operations, and more than 130 users work in the group's core platform daily. The people who design, build, and maintain that infrastructure are based in Costa Rica, close to the clients and markets we serve.

What we operate here

  • Software development. Costa Rica is where the group's 9 in-house platforms are built: EasyCore (multi-country CRM and operations), EasyTalent (recruiting with an AI interviewer), EasyTalk (cloud business telephony), EasyAudit (audit and internal control), EVA (AI assistant on WhatsApp), EasyPro.ai Studio (generative AI multimedia content), EasyShow (smart contact links), Radio EasyPro, and the country property portals.
  • The bienesadjudicadoscr.com portal. Costa Rica's public marketplace for foreclosed properties, also available as an app on the App Store and Google Play. It works alongside its sister portals, reposeidos.com.pa (Panama) and activossv.com (El Salvador). The group also has its own skill published on Amazon Alexa.
  • Commercial teams. Advisors who guide buyers and institutions through the entire process: initial inquiry, property visit, offer, and closing, always in plain language and at your pace.
  • Customer service. Direct support for platform users and portal visitors, with follow-up on every case until it is fully resolved, no matter where the question starts.
  • Engineering and infrastructure. We build with PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, React Native + Expo, Next.js, Node.js, and Python on Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cloudflare, and we integrate AI from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, ElevenLabs, and Whisper.
  • Verifiable credentials. We are licensed, registered developers with Apple (Apple Developer Program), Google (Google Play Console), META, and Amazon Alexa.
