How we work
We start with the process, not the technology. Together we identify where an assistant or an automation creates real value, and we define what it should do, what it must never do, and when a person steps in. With that settled, we choose the right model—OpenAI or Anthropic Claude, depending on the case—and build a first version tested against real data and real conversations.
After launch we monitor the system's behavior, tune its instructions, and keep spending under control. An AI agent is software in production: we treat it with the same seriousness as a banking platform.

The best proof of our capability is our own ecosystem of 9 platforms. EVA handles WhatsApp inquiries as the group's AI assistant. EasyTalent interviews candidates with an AI interviewer. EasyPro.ai Studio produces multimedia content with generative AI, and EasyCore, our central multi-country CRM and operations platform, is used by more than 130 users every day. We have also published our own Amazon Alexa skill and apps on the App Store and Google Play, as licensed developers with Apple, Google, META, and Amazon Alexa.

Which AI models do you work with?
We work primarily with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, complemented by Whisper for transcription and ElevenLabs for voice. We choose the model based on the task, the language, and the control requirements of each project.
Can an AI assistant connect to our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate assistants with CRMs, databases, and internal APIs so they can read real information and take concrete actions, always with defined permissions and a record of everything they do.
How do you control what the assistant says?
We define instructions, limits, and escalation paths to people from the design stage. We test the system against real conversations before it goes live and supervise it in production. Our banking background makes us especially strict on this point.
Do you only work in Costa Rica?
We operate in Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, and the United States, with corporate headquarters in New York. Each assistant is designed for the language and context of its market.
